Garlic adds a wonderful taste and flavour to food. A clove rubbed around the side of a salad bowl turns rabbit food into a delight..I understand the repellent nature to those who do not eat it but if everyone did no-one would be repelled.Lovely grub.Thos. I hate very hot curries, the flavour of the food is masked by the excessive heat. I like to taste a subtle blend of food and spices when eating that sort of dish.
