We took my partners daughter and grandson 10 pin bowling yesterday and I played with the same gusto that I did last time I played.The thing is - I quite forgot it was 15 years ago - and my muscles seem to have aged a bit since then.I reckon the ministrations of you two ladies and a goodly supply of horse linament might do the trick.
