I suppose we mustn't prejudge him, who knows he may do better, but his past performance on things like pensions etc, doesn't exactly inspire much confidence. He certainly seems to fancy his chances as an orator, if the last few days are anything to go on. He is trying to outdo his previous master on that score already.
