The Database for the forum was there and errmm voila, so nothing has been lost!As I type the folders for the forum are not there on FTP as well as the files so how the heck I'm typing this I'll never know.p.s. The odd thing is no that one, that I have heard of, has ever had an "inage". Not even a NAS one. Another seldom heard of technical occurrence is an "upage". Started the browser today and it crashed as WF was loading? Ended the process and it's fine now - it did want a cookie though when I restarted it - Strange when I have allowed the WF cookies before? The database was still available as this is housed on a different server. The only thing that happened was the actual files went missing.If it wasn’t for a permissions error (also affected by the NAS), I would have restored the key files myself within an hour, with the rest of the files being restored within 3 hours. But as it turns out, five minutes after a support call being logged, the forum and all data was restored.I could have driven down to Gloucester Docks in 10 minutes with a DVD and asked them to restore it if needed; but then again I'm not sure that they would let me in.
