As everyone probably knows, Sri Lanka has been plagued by terrorists for over 25 years - the infamous Tamil Tigers. Finally even the patience of Buddhists ran out and 3 years ago a new government decided to do something about it. One week before the final battle 6 weeks ago we had David Miliband & M. Kouchner (France) here on a visit to "tell" the government how they should conduct the final stages. It seems that advice included allowing the terrorist leaders to flee to a safe haven. Fortunately the government here ignored the advice and finshed the job.Now they have to deal properly with the remaining grievances of the Tamil minority which led to the problem in the first place. His parents reported the attack to the police but the lad refuses to give evidence because he fears even worse repercussions if he snitches. There's several of them already in the UK including this gruesome strutting Australian women (Adele Balasingham), shown on this YouTube video instructing young Tamil girls in the virtues of being a female suicide soldier (WHITE TIGER). My only recourse would be to hit him with something heavy, (not 'Er indoors). If I did do him serious harm, he could sue me as the law stands. If I had a a ferocious dog on the premises and it hurt a burglar, yet again I could be sued. The law is very woolly and ambiguous. QUOTE.
