If handled sensitively with gravitas it could be excellent, if presented by Ant and Dec or one of their ilk it could suck beyond belief. I know there are warped souls around who would do anything to appear on television but to book your own demise and stuffing (which is more or less what the process is) whilst being ogled by the same or similar audience who organise trips to rubberneck motorway pileups is beyond the norm.The embalming process is interesting, I have seen it done but it was on a, to me anonymous, corpse, not a person who you are encouraged to take an interest in whilst alive complete with, no doubt, searching interviews. There was a documentary on television about four years ago where they took a fresh body and did the Egyptian style embalming to it. Salt, took the brain out through the nose and all the rest of it.
