For £37.00 per month there really isn't, in our opinion, much on the damn thing, which will be rising to £38.00 per month by September this year. Sky is the only place you can see The Vicar of Dibley ,The thin Blue Line, Only Fools and Horses, Dinner Ladies and I could go on and on about the repeats, and it's four times per year for most of them. At the end of the year we have paid £444.00 for this lot. The convenience of the Sky+ box is well worth it, though I know that a non-sky replacement is obtainable.Thos.We don't have Sky+ Thos, I wouldn't pay the Hundred odd pound they wanted for the upgrade, not on top of what they are charging to have Sky on a monthly basis. We don't have Sports either because football is not one of my sports. Watchful Posted February 7, 2006 Report Share Posted February 7, 2006 We've never had Sky TV and don't intend to.My present viewing is limited to political programmes, gardening programmes (Christine's Garden was a refreshing change) the Lewis pilot (hope a series will follow) and I very much enjoyed Boris' Dream of Rome.
