are you back? i cant figure out why you posted that you wont be here

It is quite simple really.

If she had posted after she had gone away we would not have got it. It would have disappeared into the worlds ever burgeoning supply of electrons (Maplins are holding a summer sale to try to get rid of the surplus stock that they have, and which is constantly growing). It now leaves the field open for her to use up some of these surplus electrons on her return, by posting that she has come back. That will in turn allow us all to contribute to the usage of surplus electrons by welcoming her back to the fold.

This problem of over supply of electrons is the real reason for the effect that is called, as a disguise, "Global Warming".

It is therefore down to every one of us to use up as many as possible before they reach a critical mass and increase exponentially.

So, what about the Protons then. Where have they all gone. Are they on holiday as well?

The world surplus Protons aggregated into a congregation (or congregated into an aggregation) in Malaysia and formed themselves into motor cars.

As far as I can establish the majority of the neutrons are all in the Palace of Westminster.

I've just got back today!

It's a nightmare trip from East Sussex to here. So many roundabouts and traffic lights. It took nearly 3 hours! We could have travelled from Wales quicker.

Had a really good week - saw a fair few NT properties including a place called Bateman's where Rudyard Kipling used to live - a lovely old house with beautiful gardens. We were also impressed with Scotney Castle on the edge of Kent.

The one disappointment was Great Dixter - having seen it numerous times on Gardeners World I expected something great. It was overgrown in lots of sections with high weeds. The bed were somewhat overgrown and in need of attention too. We were only allowed in three rooms of the house too. Ah well, win some lose some........

Nice to come home.
