Looking at the memory usage on the Windows Task Manager:

Three tabs all seem to decide to use up to 86K all together, which is just about double that of Firefox with the same websites in all three tabs.

That looks like a very light browser - could it be that you meant 86MB ?

I'm not too sure now what I mean, Pat. I think "K" as I've never seen MB show up in the Process tab in Task Manager.

But I know it was definetely near double that of Firefox.

I saw a head line yesterday that said "Youth Stable".

Is this a reference to our member Hb_Kai, catgate? :shok:

I don't get it.

Looking at the Task Manager I see that Firefox uses 142,208 K (KB = kilobytes). This translates into 138MB (megabytes). So if you use the K or KB notation, you should specify the full number...

Didn't Microsoft do something to Internet Explorer 8 which stops Google seeing what "sites & keyword" you are interested in, resulting in non-targetted adwords. Isn't that whats Chrome all about?

Not quite sure what you mean by the section I've highlighted. Can you give a bit more detail please?

Google Chrome 2.0.170.1

Pat, I was just about to install Google Chrome from your link, but hesitated when I saw.....

Download Google Chrome

It's free and is installed in seconds

For Windows Vista/XP SP2

I wonder if this is the cause of problems mentioned above.

Well, I've downloaded and I'm running on it now.

Seems quicker than IE or Firefox. I was able to import all of my bookmarks etc.

Naturally it's all a bit strange at first, but I am getting used to it already. B)

There's definitely a Print button on the menu somewhere, Irene.

I think that is the minimum requirements, I got it working on SP3, but it was a little bit slow. Not as slow as IE but slower than FF for sure. But if it was the minimum requirements, wouldn't they say so? Not just say "For Windows Vista/XP SP2"?
