doug
If my memory serves me correctly I think the Leap Second is controlled by some woman in France. Don't know why but it's some international convention thing. Why France when we own the Greenwhich Meridian?
andsome
I always set my watch dead on ready for the countdown with our friends. This will throw everything out now. Either my watch will have to be a second out during the countdown, or a second out on the stroke of midnight. Is there anywhere that I can put in an official complaint?
