Yes. Honda must have a superb ad. agency. Their last three campaigns, the rolling parts one, the "Quest one and now the choir are top class and make ads entertaining and worth watching.

Thos.

If only the majority of the programs in between where up to the same standards.

Far too much dumbing down.

Yes i agree that it is a great advert, but there are two parts in it that spoil the believability of it,

they are the three tyres rolling up the plank of wood and the exhaust box rolling so slowly 8 times.

But i do enjoy all the Honda adverts they are some of the best on TV at the moment.

The Adverts are great, shame about the car !

Any reason why ? Bullet proof reliability, excellent build quality, the new Civic is the best looking hatch in its class and made in Britain.

If it's the supposed pensioner image, that really is old hat, look at the S2000 or wait for the Civic Type R.

No I don't drive one, couldn't stretch the budget to accomodate the S2000. :(

I agree with you, Hondas are one of the most reliable cars on the road today.

In a couple of years i am hopping that my budget will stretch to 2 or 3 year old Accord, i haven't really looked in to the details of the one i want, but i love the look of them, and you know you are buying a good quality car.

It seems to me that the time when a car should look pretty or elegant, or what ever you want to call it, has passed. Most of the stuff on offer at present is fairly ugly. Granted there are the exeptions but some of them, particularly the Frech ones, seem to be designed with ugliness in mind. The rest, in the main, are just dull and uninteresting. I know that if the optimum shape for drag and weight etc. were to be used they would all end up looking the same, but even that might be a benefit.(If it was a reasonably pretty shape.)

I agree. I love the adverts that Honda do, they are some of the best on TV. Seen this latest one a couple of times now but still like the one from a few weeks back where it starts off in a caravan, chap walks out and gets on one of those mini-motorbikes, then goes through several bikes and cars to end up in a hot-air balloon. If you've not seen the full advert yet then keep an eye open for it, its superb. :)
