Salmon fillets ("lightly smoked" ex Waitrose) dry fried (place the salmon skin side down in a hot pan and sufficient oil is exuded to be able to fry the fish). Served on Singapore noodles with sliced mangetout and sweet chilli sauce.

We are having a semi home made Chinese meal comprising :-

  • Stir fry chicken with onions, mixed peppers and celery in a sweet and sour sauce
  • Stir fry fillet of beef with spring onions, orange zest and broccoli in a teriyaki and sesame sauce
  • Boiled white basmati rice
  • Singapore noodles

(The sauces are Morrisons sachets)

Tonight its one of our favourites, quick and simple but Very tasty. A very large onion and plenty of garlic all fried, then add a ragu or similar sauce, a can of red kidney beans and pre-boiled pasta, and cook for a few more minutes. Then use a good sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top.

Something went wrong above. The screen misted over when I clicked submit and my post disappeared. I typed it again, pressed submit and its there together with the original. ?????????????????????

No idea what happened.  Nothing apparent for me.

You could delete the second post, or I could sort it for you.

I can see options alongside Edit on my posts - and I'm not a moderator.:boy_cleanglasses:

Thanks Alan...

In that case, andsome, are you certain you can’t see ‘Options’?  It’s odd that Alan can see it when you’re not able to.
